Now, I know what you are thinking, this is not the best picture, BUT if you are Kyden's mommy, you would think it was priceless! Believe it or not, I am convinced that the extreme hatred of being photographed is just in the male DNA. Including male babies. This little guy has not been fond of me with my camera in his face since his very first photo session at 3 months old. BUT, as soon as I take my face from out behind the camera, that is a different story. His whole demeanor changes. He gives me the sweetest smiles and the priceless grins. Thanks goodness for remote shutter releases! :) It has been a joy watching Kyden grow up this past year. The relationship with his family has gone from clients to friends. THIS is why I love my job. Getting the opportunity to meet wonderful people and share my love of the camera with them to "capture" whatever their little ones, or big ones, may throw at me. And for that I am grateful. Grateful that you are willing to share your family with me that I may "capture" that moment in time, where in 18 years when they are graduating high school and you are sobbing over their scrapbook, you can say, "It was captured by Julie."
I'm liking this whole blog thing. I think it will really draw ppl back to your site more often... Something new to see every time! Keep up the good work Ju!
ReplyDeleteI think if I stay consistent it will be great! I am even thinking about blogging about my everyday life as a mommy, the kids birthdays, their sports so on and so forth. I want people to get to know me as well as my work. Thanks so much for making it look great!! You are the BEST!
